CURRENT VACANCIES .

GioSec is recruiting for the following positions...

TRAINING TEAM LEADER  .

You will be of captain/lieutenant/WO/SSM/CSM rank with operational experience in Iraq/Afghanistan and ideally working with local/indigenous military or law enforcement agencies in a low intensity conflict environment.  (Preferably you will also have experience in Africa.)
Having recently left the army and taken the uniform off you will have maintained a strict military ethos and understand the necessity to maintain a defined rank structure with strict discipline.  
You will want to make a meaningful impact on terrorism and criminality in order to improve ordinary peoples’ lives.
You will be extremely discreet, achieved through your own self-assurance and accomplishments. 
You will have delivered infantry skills training and are well-above average fitness levels with good health (i.e. no medical or dental issues).  You will probably have done either P-Company or the All-Arms Commando Course and will almost certainly bring other skills from the courses you have undertaken.
You will be able to lead a project without the logistical support normally associated with formal military deployments and you will be able to accept modest (but secure) living conditions.
Family separation, while not desirable, must be acceptable.
​You will be multi-faceted and practical, being able to turn your hand to most challenges from planning mentoring and supervising training or local labourers.  You will not define yourself by what you believe to be your job description.

TRAINING OFFICER  .

You will be of at least CPL rank and possess the qualities mentioned in the job description of Training Team Leader and have a similar background and experience.  You will report to the Training Team Leader.
